eMCe 2 has been established to provide a wide range of marketing and management consulting services across a variety of sectors and organisations.  For local, national or multinational corporations, particularly those going through transformative change.

eMCe 2's approach is project driven to provide businesses with interim support and guidance as they navigate through the dynamics of a changing world.

Built on 25+ years of sector experience across  quick service restaurants, retail, petro convenience, software, technology, telecommunications, media and tourism ;  eMCe 2 is a practice led by Michaela Chan.  Michaela has extensive domestic, global and ANZ B2B, B2C and B2E experience.

Most recently in a General Manager of Marketing capacity she led Tourism Australia's international and domestic campaign transformation post ’19-’20 Bushfire and through COVID-19.  Prior to that in a Chief Marketing Officer capacity she was part of the Executive Team leading oOh!media's ANZ transformation including revolutionising data and insights including productising SingTel chinese traveler roaming data and Quantium consumer buying data.

CMO magazine has recognised Michaela as a change agent, stabilizer and unifying force and Marketing Magazine has recognised her as proficient in building passionate high performing teams.
